ESPNU Road Trip (Wednesday, Nov 19, at 5 p.m. E.T.) traveled to Tucson, Ariz., this past weekend for a Pac-12 battle between Washington and No. 14 Arizona

Highlights include:

  • Family First: Go inside El Charro Café, the oldest family-owned Mexican restaurant in the country.
  • ZonaZoo: ESPNU Road Trip spent opening night for the No. 2 Arizona Wildcats men’s basketball team in the student section at the McKale Center as the team defeated Mount St. Mary’s.
  • Bear Down: Hosts Jordan Eichenblatt and Rayven Tirado participate in the pep rally held on Friday night before the big showdown.
  • All Access: Eichenblatt and Tirado visit head football coach Rich Rodriguez to learn what it is like to play for the Wildcats
  • Coming out of the Tunnel: Experience what it is like moments before the game when the show goes behind-the-scenes with the Wildcats as they take the field at Arizona Stadium
  • Last Minute Win: Experience the thrill of victory from the field as the Wildcats defeated the Huskies on a last-second field goal.

Throughout the college football season, ESPNU Road Trip (Typically Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. ET) will travel to a different college town, highlighting the local culture in advance and surrounding a football game. Throughout the 30-minute show, new hosts Jordan Eichenblatt and Rayven Tirado will soak in the local ambiance, meet with influential members of the community, participate in campus traditions and highlight the game day experience.
