With NFL training camps underway, ESPN and NFL Network are celebrating the NFL’s past and present across two consecutive weekends in August. ESPN will deliver expanded live training camp programming with the addition of NFL Network — offering fans more hours of inside access and a ticket to one of the sport’s most meaningful annual traditions, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement ceremony.
The two-weekend slate opens Aug. 1-2, with Back Together Weekend programming capturing all the sights and storylines as teams reconvene for the season, leading up to the return of NFL Network’s Inside Training Camp on Aug. 3. Then, ESPN and NFL Network present the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement ceremony on Aug. 8 — marking ESPN’s 31st and NFL Network’s 23rd consecutive year showcasing the event.
The start of training camp also marks a significant milestone and further adds to ESPN’s expansive Year of the Super Bowl programming — including delivering the largest NFL game portfolio in company history (regular season and postseason) — culminating with Super Bowl LXI, ESPN’s first-ever Super Bowl presentation.
NFL training camp takes center stage on ESPN & NFL Network
The weekend opens Saturday, Aug. 1, with a special edition of NFL Live: Back Together Weekend from 9 a.m. – noon ET on ESPN and NFL Network. Host Laura Rutledge will be joined in-studio by Dan Orlovsky, Jason McCourty, Louis Riddick and senior NFL insider Adam Schefter to break down the biggest storylines and latest developments as all 32 teams return to work.
ESPN’s NFL reporters will be stationed at camps across the country, with various NFL Nation reporters also contributing live reports on Saturday, including:

Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement ceremony on ESPN & NFL Network
ESPN and NFL Network will present the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement ceremony live from Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, on Aug. 8 from noon-2:30 p.m.
Rich Eisen will host live from Canton, joined by Louis Riddick and Pro Football Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, as the Class of 2026 (Drew Brees, Roger Craig, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly and Adam Vinatieri) takes its place among the game’s immortals.
NFL Network’s preseason schedule gets underway with encore presentation of Hall of Fame Game
As part of its expansive preseason schedule, NFL Network will provide an encore presentation of the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game between the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers on Friday, Aug. 7, at 8 p.m., giving fans another chance to catch the NFL’s return to the field.
