As former Saints player Steve Gleason continues his battle with ALS, he received an opportunity to interview and spend time with Pearl Jam, which he says has provided the soundtrack to his life. Gleason discusses the power of fatherhood with lead singer Eddie Vedder, and reveals some of the personal diaries he has filmed for his son, Rivers, in the event he passes. Chris Connelly reports.

The Atlanta Falcons’ Tony Gonzalez has more touchdowns, yards, and receptions than any tight end in NFL history, and has just one remaining on-field goal — to reach the Super Bowl. Off the field, he has another goal, which he shared with E:60 reporter Jeremy Schaap who joined Gonzalez on a family trip to the small Mexican city of San Miguel de Allende. As an American with multi-ethnic lineage, Gonzalez wants to learn Spanish and re-connect with his Latino roots, and E:60’s cameras received rare access to Gonzalez as he chased his “lindos suenos” — beautiful dreams.
