Thousands of women try out each year for the chance to represent NFL teams at games, charity fundraisers and other events, but some cheerleaders claim the glamor is not all that it’s portrayed to be. Five NFL teams currently face lawsuits from cheerleaders who say they’re subject to long hours and unrealistic demands and are paid below minimum wage. As Shelley Smith reports, at least one lawsuit brings into question the NFL’s responsibility in all of this.
