ESPN’s NFL experts (former players and coaches, and NFL insiders) offer their predictions for the 2012 season.  Among the 24 predictions, all agree that the San Francisco 49ers and the Houston Texans will each win their respective divisions – the NFC West and AFC South.  All but one analyst picked the Patriots to win the AFC East.  Hugh Douglas, the lone dissenting analyst, picked the New York Jets to win the AFC East.

In today’s quarterback driven league, 22 of the 24 experts picked a quarterback to win the league’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) award this season, led by the league’s reigning MVP Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers, who was picked by six experts.  Patriots Tom Brady came in second in MVP predictions with four.
