For the first time in 36 years, Mexico is the host country for The Pan Am Games, an Olympic-style sporting event staged every four years.
The Pan Am Games will air from Guadalajara, Mexico beginning Friday, Oct. 14 through Sunday, Oct. 30 on various ESPN platforms including ESPN Deportes, ESPN3, and ESPN Deportes Radio. ESPN2 will provide coverage in English.
More than 6,000 athletes representing 42 nations from North, South, and Central America as well as the Caribbean will be featured in sports ranging from baseball to track field and fencing.
