This week one of the most anticipated events of the year, the Royal Wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey, coincides with one of the major events on the U.S. sports calendar, the NFL draft.
With the timely convergence of these events, Wall Street Journal sports columnist Jason Gay penned a tongue-in-cheek (we think) story Thursday asking the question, “What if ESPN Did a Royal Wedding?” with NFL Live host Trey Wingo, draft experts Mel Kiper, Jr. and Todd McShay, and reporter Sal Paolantonio covering the proceedings.
