Feel Good Friday: Nicole Briscoe and Kris Budden Share the Goodness

One of the regular Friday highlights now ingrained in SC:AM with Nicole Briscoe and Randy Scott, is a segment called, “Feel Good Friday.” It’s self-explanatory.

Today, the noon ET edition will borrow the “FGF” concept to check in with former Cincinnati Bengal Devon Still and his daughter Leah, on the occasion of her five-year cancer-free milestone.

Beginning today, Front Row is expanding on “FGF” goodness every Friday as we put our own spin on the segment by highlighting the “good” being done by familiar faces from around ESPN who are helping to make others – and themselves! – feel good. Appropriately enough, we begin with Briscoe and an Instagram post she shared last week – one of several social shares where Briscoe has emphasized the positive (Briscoe got makeup tips from her daughters in the time-lapse above; see their handiwork here).

Briscoe shares some tips how she’s been passing the days with her family and sharing goodness:

Budden Finds Exercise Comrades Even In Era Of Social Distancing

ESPN college sports reporter Kris Budden noticed something missing from her daily routine since the cancellation of sports tournaments and seasons, and it wasn’t just the absence of events or lack of travel.

It was the interaction with fellow reporters, viewers, fans and teams that she’s had on a daily basis for nearly a decade. To fill the void, Budden turned to staying active to keep her connected and balanced while juggling her two children at home, and has cultivated a community of commentators, sports fans and more to join her in daily Peloton challenges. Anywhere from 100 to nearly a thousand riders will join Budden’s on-demand rides, including ESPN commentators Marty Smith, Cole Cubelic, Sage Steele, Anish Shroff. She explains her rides for goodness more in the video below.
